The responsibilities of the position are: The following are some of the main responsibilities of a company's top-level executives: Establishing clear objectives for the company and approving policies and programs that align with those objectives. Organizing the establishment of major departments and hiring senior staff members to lead them. Allocating the necessary resources, including finances, to implement organizational policies and programs. They also establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns. Representing the company in negotiations or other official functions. Manage external partners to deliver the expected service levels required by the business. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Oversee day-to-day operations, including finance, IT, facilities, and administrative functions. Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards. Manage budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes. Employment Requirements: A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related to the service provided is usually required. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a middle manager in trade, broadcasting or other services is usually required. Excellent communication skills in English.
