To drive our continuous growth and expansion into the growing Chinese Canadian community and potentially wider North American market plus oriental markets, we are actively searching for a qualified professional to help us with our sales growth. We are looking for a regional sales manager to lead our sales operation strengthening our local business while seeking growth opportunity in the diversified GTA market. Job Summary This is a full-time, permanent position. As the regional sales manager, you will be responsible for leading sales operations that generate leads and eventually drive business outcome. Your responsibilities include the following: Initiate sales forecasting on a regular basis, working closely with marketing & finance team on provide accurate sales forecast Plan sales activities base on the forecast, evaluate regularly and optimize accordingly Establish organizational policies and procedures reflecting the sales plan Organize regional sales operations that drive leads and/or direct business outcome Lead sales team in building relationships with business partners/clients and manage the negotiations of sales contracts Recruit, train and manage the sales organization Work with multifunctional teams, for instance, marketing team to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Report sales outcome to management team on regular basis Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in business preferred. Equivalent sales/business operation & financial reporting experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and sales Familiar with Chinese community and a diversified society is a plus Team player, ability to engage cross function teams with different KPI to drive the ultimate business outcome Communicator with strong presentation skill Business sense, entrepreneurship, and project management experience is a big plus Salary: 48 - 60/hr with annual bonus related to company's business performance.
