Field Lead Generation Representative - Attic Insulation Division

About the Role

We are hiring outgoing and motivated Field Lead Generation Representatives to support our attic insulation sales team. This role is focused on generating qualified homeowner leads through face-to-face outreach in residential neighborhoods.

You are the first point of contact-sparking interest, educating homeowners on energy savings, and booking high-quality appointments for our in-home sales consultants.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working outdoors, and earning performance-based income without the pressure of closing full sales.

This is a full-time independent contractor position. You will be working face to face and door to door with a commission-only pay structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential territories
• Engage homeowners and introduce attic insulation solutions (energy savings, comfort, rebates where applicable)
• Identify qualified prospects based on home age, insulation condition, and homeowner interest
• Book in-home consultations for the sales team
• Clearly explain the value proposition and create urgency for appointments
• Track daily activity including doors knocked, conversations, and appointments set
• Maintain a positive, professional image of the company in the field
• Work closely with sales reps to ensure smooth handoff of booked leads
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, promotions, or direct sales is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with homeowners
• High energy with a positive, resilient mindset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently outdoors
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Organized and able to track performance metrics

Compensation Structure

Performance-Based Commission

• Per Lead Installed $250 - $350 per appointment sold and installed
• Weekly Performance Bonuses: $500 - $800+ for hitting install lead targets
• Trip Incentives: recognition for top performers

Earning Potential

• Entry-Level: $800 - $1,200/week
• Consistent Performers: $1,200 - $2,000/week
• Top Performers: $2,000+/week
