A career as a Senior Analyst within National Bank Insurance Firm means acting as a specialist in the coordination and analysis of new individual insurance business.
In this role, you play a key part in the contract placement process with multiple insurers. Through your expertise, you help accelerate policy issuance, ensure contract quality, and support sales conversion. Your work has a direct impact on the advisor experience, collaboration with insurance carriers, and the operational performance of National Bank Insurance Firm.
Your role

Coordinate the policy placement process for individual insurance contracts across multiple insurers, acting as a liaison between advisors, assistants, insurance carriers, and internal partners.

Validate client files prior to policy placement to ensure all information, documentation, signatures, payments, and applicable requirements are complete and compliant.

Analyze delivery requirements, incomplete files, discrepancies, and additional underwriting conditions, while coordinating the actions required to resolve them.

Ensure proactive follow-up on pending files with insurers to facilitate their progression and minimize policy issuance delays.

Prioritize files based on their status, identified issues, and applicable requirements, while providing stakeholders with timely updates on progress.

Maintain accurate information in internal systems, ensure data quality and integrity, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and advisor experience.

National Bank Insurance offers financial services and distributes individual insurance, group insurance, and investment products through a network of financial security advisors operating across several Canadian provinces.
Within the Insurance sector, you will be part of a team dedicated to the efficiency and quality of operations related to new business. You will work closely with advisors, assistants, insurance carriers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth progression of files and the timely placement of insurance contracts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.

Financial Security Advisor licence (Life and Health Insurance), considered an asset.

Experience in the analysis, coordination, and placement of individual insurance applications.

Experience working in a multi-insurer environment requiring coordination among multiple stakeholders and operational requirements.

Strong knowledge of practices and administrative processes related to new individual insurance business.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the administration and placement of insurance contracts.
