We are looking for a clinically confident Associate Dentist who wants to exercise true clinical freedom and maximize their earning potential by providing advanced treatments under one roof.

The Opportunity: This role is specifically tailored for a practitioner with a strong surgical and endodontic skill set. Because our practice captures a significant volume of advanced procedures in-house, you will step into an immediate, built-in stream of specialized cases.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive oral evaluations, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
Execute complex Root Canal therapy (anterior and molar endodontics) comfortably.
Perform simple and complex surgical Extractions , including impacted wisdom teeth .
Provide surgical Implant placement and restoration.
Deliver high-quality general and restorative dentistry while maintaining a patient-first approach.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Licensure: Active license and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) .
Experience: Demonstrated competency and confidence in handling implant-related surgeries, complex extractions/impactions, and root canal therapy independently.
Professional liability insurance (PLP) as required by the RCDSO.
Familiarity with Dentrix, DEXIS, and NewTom/Cefla imaging systems is highly preferred.
