Production Packer

Our client, a leading food packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Production Packer to join their team. As a Production Packer you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Packer / General Labour (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay Range: $19.84/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 10:15pm

What's the Job?

• Package finished products into boxes and totes according to production requirements
• Perform visual inspections to identify product defects
• Report quality concerns to the Machine Operator or Quality Control team
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Verify raw materials before production

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience is an asset
• Able to read, write, and perform basic counting
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
