Production Worker

Our client, a leading commercial bakery specializing in health-conscious, allergen-free, vegan, keto, paleo, and non-GMO products, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their dynamic team. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality product output, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Mississauga(Hwy 403 & Dundas St W) Near Ridgeway Plaza

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: Day shift/ Night Shift.
Monday to Thursday, with varying start times between 9:30 AM and noon

What's the Job?

• Assist in the packaging and assembly of specialty food products
• Operate and maintain production equipment in a safe manner
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• 1+ year experience required working in warehouse / production environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
