POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for a Project Control Officer (PCO) motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to support the project manager by maintaining the schedule, budgets and registers, producing dashboards and reporting, and ensuring data quality and the project's methodological compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the project's master schedule and resource-loading plans.
  • Track budgets (Capex/Opex), commitments and variances.
  • Maintain the registers: risks, issues, decisions, changes and actions.
  • Produce dashboards, indicators and progress reports.
  • Consolidate data from the teams and ensure its quality in the management tools.
  • Organize governance meetings and write up minutes and follow-ups.
  • Apply methodological standards and support the project's documentary compliance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
  • Five (05) to ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
  • Three (03) to seven (07) years of experience as a PCO.
  • Minimum three (03) years of experience using Power BI.
  • Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
  • Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI
  • Hold one of the following certifications: PRINCE 2 Practionner, PMP, PMI-ACP
  • Hold one of the following Agile certifications (an asset): CSM, PSM I, PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe Scrum Master etc.
  • Experience delivering a strategic mandate (an asset).
  • Experience in large Canadian public or private organizations.
  • Language: French and English
