We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Racing Manager and the broader Racing team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support, playing a key role in the department's success and contributing to the continued growth of the organization.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Support budget management activities, including planning, quarterly forecasting, budget tracking, and accounting entries.

  • Provide administrative support to the Racing department.

  • Manage the administrative and financial aspects of contracts with racing teams, including invoice processing, bonus tracking, creation and management of purchase orders (POs), payment follow-up, and maintenance of all related contractual documentation.

  • Prepare and process various requests, including signatures, purchasing, IT-related requests, and other administrative requirements.

  • Participate in meetings with other Administrative Assistants to share best practices and promote continuous improvement.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Training in administration, secretarial or another related field and a minimum of 2 years experience.

  • Ability to work with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google suites.

  • Able to communicate in French & English, at least in writing orally with various employees from outside Québec and few monolingual English speaking team members on a daily basis.

  • Good decision-making and prioritization skills.

  • Organization and autonomy are essential.

  • Team spirit and resourcefulness.

  • Discretion and professionalism.
