We are seeking a Triskell Platform Administrator and Functional Analyst to support and evolve our Project Portfolio Management (PPM) ecosystem. This hybrid role combines platform administration with functional expertise, ensuring that the Triskell platform effectively supports business processes, governance, and decision-making.
You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping drive adoption, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Platform Administration

Administer and maintain the Triskell platform (users, roles, access rights, environments).

Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and system parameters.

Manage platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
-
Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
-
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendor support.
Functional Analysis

Gather and document business requirements related to PPM, resource planning, and financial tracking.

Translate requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
-
Align platform capabilities with business processes and governance frameworks.
-
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Triskell solutions and best practices.
Configuration and Continuous Improvement

Configure and optimize key modules (portfolios, projects, resources, financials).

Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
-
Maintain documentation of configurations and processes.
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business needs.
Reporting and Data Management

Create and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and executive stakeholders.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
-
Support data migrations, integrations, and validation activities.
-
Provide actionable insights based on platform data.
Support

Provide Level 2/3 support and manage incidents or service requests.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-7 years of relevant experience in application administration, functional analysis, or PPM tools.

Experience configuring enterprise platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
-
Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven.
ASSETS:
-
Experience with Triskell or similar PPM tools (Planview, Clarity, etc.).

Experience in PMO or project governance environments.
-
Knowledge of resource management and financial tracking processes.
-
Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).

Understanding of system integrations and APIs.
-
ITIL or service management knowledge.
