Our client, a leading organization in the insurance and financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Analyst to join their team. As a Customer Analyst, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting brokerages and internal teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Customer Analyst

Location: Markham, ON

Pay Range: $25

Shift: Starting shift needs to be flexible, with business hours from Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm. Start times can be between 8am and 10am. Current in-office days are Tuesday and Wednesday, with a hybrid schedule requiring reporting 100% into the office on these days.

What's the Job?

  • Respond to all phone calls and emails from brokerages, LIAs, and internal collaborators regarding system access, support requests, and mentorship inquiries.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service characterized by clear communication, integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of technical information.
  • Ensure that ticket lifecycles do not exceed defined standards.
  • Log requests, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate instructions and status updates to users in a clear, professional manner.
  • Build, modify, and remove system access as requested, closely adhering to defined standards.

What's Needed?

  • College or University Degree, preferably in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer contact center.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a must-have.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
