Adecco is currently hiring a full-time professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a busy office. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is energized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by providing administrative, reception, and general office support, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Pay Rate: $20.00 - $ 21.00/hour
  • Location: Saint John, NB
  • Shift: 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Job type: Temporary Full-time

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management
  • Maintain organized and accurate files and documentation
  • Support scheduling, correspondence, and general coordination

Reception Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Office Operations:

  • Open and prepare the office for daily operations
  • Monitor and restock office supplies
  • Provide support across the office as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Legal office experience is considered an asset
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office and basic office systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Energetic, self-sufficient, and dependable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong customer service mindset with a polished, professional approach
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
