We are looking for Full time Intern/Co-op (Technology) for one of our top healthcare clients:
Duration: 6 months (January 2026 - June 2026)
Location: Toronto

Responsibilities:
Support a range of technology assignments.
Data Engineering & Analytics: Leverage raw data by skillfully engineering, transforming, modeling, visualizing, and streaming it into modern products, creating exceptional customer experiences.
Decision Science (AI, ML, & Intelligent Automation): Utilize Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and automation technologies to enhance decision-making, automate workflows, and minimize manual tasks.
Experience Design (UI/UX, Service Design): Take a user-centric approach to invent experiences that are intuitive, visually stunning, and purposeful-considering the complete human journey for a seamless, context-driven experience that helps products connect meaningfully with their audiences.
Scientific & Digital Health Technologies: Employ cutting-edge health technologies combined with digital and virtual interactions to create immersive experiences for patients and healthcare professionals.
Customer (Digital) Experiences (CX, AR/VR): Create systems and tools that facilitate customer interaction and collaboration.
Commercial Excellence: Design systems and tools that enhance commercial capabilities to better serve customers.
Software Engineering: Develop efficient, reliable, and tailored code to support business objectives.
Cloud, DevOps & Security: Specialists in architecture, engineering, and automation focused on implementing cloud policies as code, compliance as code, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD product pipelines.
Cybersecurity: Employ comprehensive strategies-people, policies, processes, and technologies-to safeguard digital assets.
Device Engineering: Specialize in designing intelligent, connected, medical-grade devices and functionalities.
Product Manager: Oversees project planning and resource management using rapid-cycle methodology, conducting market research, product design, lifecycle management, testing, requirements assessment, and concept testing.
Digital (Agile) Mindset: Emphasizes business agility, agile delivery, a fail-fast approach, and measurable results.
Most assignments will include, but aren't limited to, these responsibilities:
- Collaborate within specialized teams in the Technology organization to develop solutions for business partners and deliver value.
- Contribute individually or within a team to support a specific technology area, working with key stakeholders to achieve objectives aligned with the Technology project and program portfolio.
- Develop awareness and practical experience in essential capability skills to support the Technology Strategy.
- Perform data and process analysis to aid in creating critical solutions.
Requirements:
• Permanent Canada work authorization without the need for sponsorship now, or in the future.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
• Be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Preferred fields: include Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering / Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Graphic Design or Mathematics.
• Able and committed to working full time (40 hours a week) from January 2026, through June 2026.
• Have a passion for a career in technology.
