Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced BizTalk Server Specialist to provide short-term support and lead the migration away from BizTalk Server to modern integration platforms. This role involves advisory, planning, and hands-on execution to ensure a smooth transition while maintaining business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current BizTalk Server environment and integration workflows.
• Provide expert guidance on migration strategy to alternative platforms (e.g., Azure Integration Services, API Management, or other modern middleware).
• Develop a roadmap for decommissioning BizTalk Server with minimal disruption.
• Implement short-term fixes and performance optimizations during the transition period.
• Collaborate with architecture, operations, and application teams to align migration with enterprise standards.
• Document processes, best practices, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (design, development, and administration).
• Proven experience in migration projects away from BizTalk to modern integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with financial services or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for stakeholder engagement.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure Integration Services or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in banking environments.
