Delivery Manager (D365)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 ERP) implementations and enterprise platform delivery. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex business solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and platform lifecycle delivery within large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 implementation projects, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service modules.
• Manage platform delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring integration with existing enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure delivery quality through governance, compliance, and continuous improvement practices.
• Drive Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, adapting to organizational needs.
• Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and financials to senior leadership.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption strategies across impacted business units.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts related to platform delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years focused on D365 implementations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, modules, and integration capabilities.
• Experience delivering enterprise platforms in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and enterprise integration patterns.
