Responsibilities

• Focus on Canadian fund formation, private fund launches, distribution agreements, and side letters, with support from top-tier external counsel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Bay Street experience in investment funds or securities law (in-house transition preferred).
• Strong technical legal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
