Make an impact with our Corporate Services team as a Student. This diverse team of professionals hosts clients' minute books on a secure digital platform, making corporate records accessible whenever clients need them. As a trusted advisor, you'll deliver corporate record-keeping compliance services centred around preparing routine annual forms, filing them with the appropriate registries, and reporting back to clients.

This opportunity is for a student work term, beginning January 2026 until April 2026 and is in-person based out of the MNP Ottawa office.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Corporate Services team with data entry and administrative support work, including but not limited to:

  • Communicate with clients through email, using templates.
  • Follow-up and address client questions.
  • Prepare and file annual client returns.
  • Prepare and send documents for signature to clients.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients.
  • Update internal practice management system and client folders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

  • Enrollment in an accredited post-secondary college / professional diploma in business administration or administrative support is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow step-by-step detailed processes.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple files at different stages of completion.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to situations outside the standard procedure.
  • Experience with practice management or file management system is considered an asset.
  • Previous administrative support experience is considered an asset.
  • Customer service and/or client service experience is considered an asset.
