We're Hiring: Business Systems Analyst - FX / Capital Markets

Experience: 5+ years

Industry: Financial Services / Capital Markets

What You'll Do: Gather and document requirements for FX trading platforms

Partner with traders, operations, and risk teams on system enhancements

Design solutions for trading, settlement, and risk management systems

Ensure regulatory compliance (MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR)

Bridge the gap between business and technology teams

What We're Looking For: 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services

3+ years hands-on experience in FX/Capital Markets

Strong knowledge of FX products (Spot, Forward, Swaps, Options)

Understanding of trade lifecycle and post-trade operations

Experience with trading platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, FXall)

Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and documentation (BRD/FRD)

Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Computer Science

Agile/Scrum methodology experience

FIX protocol knowledge

CFA/FRM certification
