Integration Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Guidewire Integration Developer develops and maintains integrations in InsuranceSuite applications, handling defect fixes, and business-prioritized enhancements.
• Build and maintain integrations using Guidewire APIs, Gosu, Java, SOAP/REST web services, IG and messaging frameworks.
• Implement batch processes, event messaging, and plugin-based integrations with third-party systems.
• Configure and extend the Guidewire data model, including PCFs, product models, and underwriting rules.
• Solid hands-on experience in Guidewire Integrations and architecture.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve integration issues

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Programming: Gosu, Java, XML, JSON, SQL
• Integration: Guidewire APIs, SOAP/REST, Messaging, Plugins
• Platforms: Guidewire Cloud, AWS (preferred), IntelliJ
• Tools: Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, Jira, Confluence
• Testing: Unit Testing, API Test Frameworks
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, SurePath, CI/CD

Preferred Certification

• Guidewire Ace Certification is preferred
