Bilingual Claims Analyst

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Claims Analyst to join its Auto and Personal Lines team in Montreal, Quebec. This role supports high-volume claims operations across the province, with a focus on auto-related incidents. The Claims Analyst will manage end-to-end claim assessments, working closely with adjusters and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

Must Have Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Commercial Auto Claims experience
• Active AMF Commercial Claims Adjuster license
• Bilingual French/English

• Soft skills (high energy, personable, comfortable asking questions)

Contract Details: FTE x2 days/week Eaton Center - Preference is Montreal, but can report into the Toronto, Vancouver or Calgary office .
