We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, who would like to work in a small but busy seasonal restaurant. The Narrows Floating Restaurant is located at Brown's Bay Resort, 30 minutes north of Campbell River. This Floating Restaurant is located in one of the most picturesque locations along the Discovery Passage. Whales, seals, eagles and all other kinds of wildlife surrounds this fantastic location. Inside and outside seating right on the ocean makes this a unique place to work.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas, adhering to food safety standards.
Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, ensuring quality and presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to create a positive dining experience.
Handle cash and process payments efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
Knowledge of food preparation and handling practices
Familiarity with food safety regulations
Bartending experience, including knowledge of beverage preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
