What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including central AC, furnaces, boilers, ductless units, and hydronics.
Perform maintenance, adjustments, and warranty services to ensure long-term system efficiency.
Provide transparent, customer-first service , ensuring every job is done right.
Work closely with our service and office teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Maintain safety and compliance with industry standards, including TSSA and OHSA.

What We Look For:
313D License (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration).
Gas Technician 2 (G2) Certification (mandatory).
Experience servicing HVAC units with strong knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and boiler systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to read schematics and work plans accurately.
Valid driver's license (owning a work-related vehicle is a plus).
