Job Summary
We are looking for experienced drivers to join our team. We have openings for Sand, Grain Hauler & Fluid Hauler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting various goods safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. Equipment is all new, clean & well maintained.

Responsibilities

Safely transport loads to designated locations while adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
Load and unload using appropriate equipment.
Maintain accurate records of loads.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding transportation schedules and any issues that arise during transit.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Skills

Proficient in commercial driving with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have 3 years industry specific experience.
Familiarity with automotive repair is a plus to assist in maintaining vehicle functionality. Must have some mechanical ability.
Ability to manage freight logistics effectively while ensuring timely deliveries.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
