Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of the food industry. This role requires effective team management, exceptional customer service, and the ability to maintain food safety standards.

Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
Manage and train staff, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
Oversee food preparation processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of kitchen supplies.
Implement POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and presentation.
Enforce health and safety regulations in compliance with local laws.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food industry.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is preferred.
Experience in cooking or food preparation is a plus but not required.
