Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate and maintain Class 1 vehicles, including hauling materials and equipment to and from job sites.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
Load and unload materials as required, following proper safety procedures.
Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while on the road and job sites.
Assist with on-site tasks when not driving, including equipment setup and site preparation.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
Maintain accurate logs and records as required by company policy and regulations.
Perform minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.

Qualifications:
Valid Class 1 Driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
Proven experience operating Class 1 vehicles, preferably in the construction or paving industry.
Strong knowledge of local and provincial transportation regulations.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Safety-oriented mindset with a commitment to following protocols.
Additional certifications, such as H2S Alive, WHMIS, or First Aid, if applicable.
