Job Summary:

As a Client Relations Representative, you will be integral to our team, responsible for onboarding new clients, managing incoming inquiries, identifying issues, updating records, and helping ensure exceptional client care. You'll collaborate closely with various departments to strengthen relationships and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining accessibility for client interactions.

Take ownership of client issues, identify solutions, and ensure prompt resolution.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support ongoing business needs and client relationships.

Deliver outstanding client service through professional phone etiquette and proactive communication.

Manage administrative tasks related to client interactions and service delivery.

Educate clients on industry advancements and our service offerings.

Provide receptionist support and assist with additional duties as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.

Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.

Prior experience in Customs Brokerage is a must.

Detail-oriented with a thorough approach to tasks.

Proficiency with MS Office applications and generally computer savvy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Traits of a Successful Candidate:

Positive and outgoing personality with a friendly communication style.

Motivated by a strong desire to assist others.

Previous experience in customs clearance is strongly preferred.
