JOB TITLE: Field Supervisor

JOB REPORTS TO: Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: To aid and take direction from the Project manager to ensure quality & timeliness of the assigned projects through performing inspections, addressing deficiencies, and training crews, while maintaining a high value for customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Site Supervising

Ensure quality workmanship and safety standard are met on site. Fill out forms as needed

Advise field crews of necessary changes needed for improvement

Train field workers verbally and hands on

Report deficiencies to Project Manager and follow up with crew on recommended action

Inspect site and prepare for work needed

Complete manual tasks as directed

Inform PM and coordinator of daily progress of jobs

Daily managing of emails and computer tasks

Perform site audits and prepare reports as directed

Complete final details on jobs or service tasks as needed

Assist field crews as directed

Organize daily route and schedule on most efficient manner

Proper care for vehicle and tools provided.

Schedule appointments and meet with homeowner as directed by PM

2) Following up with Stale dating files

Ensuring "work to be done lists" from Accounts Receivables is complete

Final deficiencies complete

Update the Project Manager to help give Epic presence on more difficult jobs

3) Training in specific situations

Flashings

Audit deficiencies

Safety compliance

On the job instruction as you inspect and see better ways to do the job

4) Service

Complete final details on a job as necessary

Perform service work as directed by the PM

5) Read, understand, and comply with all Epic Roofing and Exteriors Ltd. general and safety policies, procedures, and practices.

MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 or Equivalent
2 years of experience in the Roofing/Exteriors industry
Computer and camera experience is an asset
Knowledge of installation techniques
Ability to work alone as well with others
Excellent Interpersonal skills, self - motivation and initiative
Strong organization and conflict management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
