Central Heating Inc. is hiring experienced HVAC Installers for residential retrofit work - and we pay piece rate so your income reflects your output. No more waiting for the clock. If you can run doubles or triples in a day and install clean, code-compliant systems, you could earn $100K-$140K+ annually .

You'll be backed by a solid office team, a dedicated parts runner, and an organized schedule - all designed to help you stay focused on installs and maximize your earnings.

What You'll Be Doing

Install HVAC equipment: furnaces, A/Cs, ducted and ductless heat pumps, water heaters, and boilers
Complete residential retrofit jobs with speed, precision, and professionalism
Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specs
Start up systems and verify functionality
Communicate clearly with homeowners and team leads
Use mobile apps to track job progress and documentation (training provided)

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Valid G2 gas license
Valid 313A or 313D refrigeration license
Valid G driver's license with a clean abstract
Ability to work independently and lead small projects
Strong attention to detail and code compliance
Motivated mindset with a strong sense of accountability
