Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary restrictions are respected.
Assist with homework and educational activities to encourage academic growth.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up play areas and children's rooms.
Provide care for children with disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Ensure the safety of children at all times, both indoors and outdoors.
Skills

Proven experience in caregiving or working with children of various ages.
Ability to cook healthy meals and prepare snacks that cater to children's preferences.
Strong organizational skills to manage daily schedules and routines efficiently.
Patience and understanding when working with children, especially those with disabilities.
Ability to educate through play, fostering creativity and curiosity in children.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.
A proactive approach to cleaning up after activities to maintain a tidy environment.
