Who we need
Nomis Solutions is seeking an exceptional Director, Sales to lead by example as a player-coach within our U.S. team. You will drive new business across enterprise accounts-including top banks, credit unions, and auto finance companies-while mentoring and building the next generation of sales talent. You thrive on the road and will be a proactive face of our company focused on networking, building a long-term pipeline, and pushing deals over the finish line.

What you will do
Own and Deliver
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
- Act as a player-coach: drive deals personally while managing a team of Account Executives through setting clear expectations, coaching for performance, and helping them develop in their roles
- Develop and execute an account-based strategy for pipeline growth across your territory.
Build Trust and Close Deals
- Build deep relationships with executive decision-makers in banks, credit unions, and auto finance companies.
- Communicate our differentiated value proposition clearly and confidently to business, product, and technical stakeholders.
- Lead discovery sessions, executive briefings, product demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Be a Road Warrior
- Travel frequently to meet with prospects, attend industry events, and build face-to-face relationships where it counts most.
- Represent Nomis at conferences, trade shows, and customer onsite meetings to maximize visibility and conversion.
Collaborate and Influence
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Executive teams to support your deals and territory plan.
- Feed insights from the field into product development and marketing strategies.
What you bring
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience , ideally in fintech or SaaS solutions sold to financial institutions.
- Proven success selling into complex organizations like banks ($10B+ in assets), credit unions, and auto finance firms .
- Ability to own a quota and exceed targets consistently in new business environments.
- A gritty, self-starting mentality -you don't wait for leads; you create them.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership culture.
- A coaching mindset and experience mentoring or leading other sales professionals.
The target compensation for this role is $200K base with an OTE of $400K USD.
