Develop and implement daily work schedules to meet project deadlines, ensuring coordination with other teams or personnel. Keep accurate records of materials, labor costs, and other expenses associated with projects. Train team members on job responsibilities, safety procedures, company policies, and the proper usage of tools and materials. Monitor project progress and prepare regular work reports. Identify and resolve work-related issues during ongoing projects, offering recommendations to improve productivity and the quality of work delivered to clients.
