We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Subcontractor with 5 to 10 years of hands-on field experience to join our growing team. You will work on residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on troubleshooting, repairs, diagnostics, and problem-solving. Responsibilities:

Perform service, repair, and installation of HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, etc.)

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues quickly and efficiently

Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and safety standards

Communicate effectively with clients and office staff regarding issues, repairs, and timelines

Maintain a clean and professional worksite

Submit service reports, recommendations, and required documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 5 10 years of HVAC field experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Valid HVAC license or certification (313A/313D/308A or equivalent, if required in your area)

Own tools and reliable transportation

Liability insurance and WSIB clearance preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred:

Gas technician license (G2 or G1)

Experience in high-rise or property management HVAC work

Familiarity with digital work order systems
