About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and experienced ERP Team Lead to oversee the optimization and support of our ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015).
You'll lead a small cross-functional team, act as a key liaison between technical and operational departments, and deliver continuous improvements through ERP-related projects (automation, integrations, data migrations, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
ERP Strategy & Performance
Define and lead the ERP roadmap and governance
Manage daily ERP operations and systems performance
Translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants
Team Leadership & Project Management
Coach and supervise ERP analysts, developers, and support staff
Oversee major projects and go-lives (training, UAT, rollouts, upgrades)
Maintain system documentation, security, and compliance
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business, or related field
7+ years ERP experience, with 2+ in a senior or leadership role
Proficiency with ERP platforms (Dynamics NAV/BC, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
Strong knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, etc.
Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
Assets:
Power BI / Jet Reports / integration tools
Agile/hybrid methodology experience
PMP, CBAP, or ERP certifications
