Job Title: Project Co-Ordinator, Construction
Job Location: Ajax, ON L1S 6W4
Wage: $48.08 hourly
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Terms: Permanent employment, Full time

Job Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
- Work Setting: Various locations
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate subcontractors activities
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Select trade subcontractors
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Read blueprint, schemas, and drawings
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Develop risk management plans
- Oversee the analysis of data and information
