Permanent Position: Administrative Assistant No of Vacancies: 01 Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, Day, Weekend if required) Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Work Location/Address: 4835 Main St, Vancouver, BC V5V 3R9 Wage rate: $36.60 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week Job Requirements: Education: High School Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience. Highly organized, diligent, and flexible Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet changing deadlines. Language: English Job Duties: Answer telephone and electronic enquiries, manage bookings and relay telephone calls and messages Schedule and confirm appointments Greet visitors and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person Compile all the data, prepare correspondence, invoices, and sales report. Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail Open and distribute mails, and other enquiry to the right person Arrange travel schedule & reservation, if required Collect customer feedback to pass on to management for corrective actions and improvements.
