Responsibilites:

• Prepare new computers for delivery to users
• Troubleshoot issues related to laptops and desktops and the software installed on them
• Deploy , configure and maintain office automation software and hardware according to established policies and procedures
• Participate in users ' moves

P rofile :

• Bilingual French - English ( required for all positions within the company )
• You are in the process of obtaining a college diploma in computer science with a minimum of two ( 2 ) semesters completed
• You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a technical support team , either through internships or employment in a company
• You are able to lift weights such as monitors and computers , approximately 25 - 30 pounds
