We are urgently hiring a Proposal Administrator for a client in SE Calgary. You will help the client format and put the final polish on our proposals for submission. This is a 3-month contract with a hybrid work schedule.
As a valued member of our Proposal and Production team you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Formatting and production of both proposals and technical reports, ensuring documents are ready for delivery according to client specifications.
- Prepare physical and digital proposals, coordinating with production staff for on-time delivery.
- Formatting current proposals
- Collaborate with proposal coordinators, technical writers for the purpose of building out the proposal inputs
- Populate established proposal templates
- Regularly updating standardized components and inputs for our proposals so that available versions are all up to date (e.g. CVs, project sheets, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel), and Bluebeam to create, refine, and assemble proposal documents.
- Strong experience and familiarity with word templates
- Experience using Adobe is an asset
- Nimble and quick approach to deliver on coordinating inputs for final reports, proposals to meet deadlines
- Well organized with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and pull inputs from multiple sources to synthesize and consolidate information
- Resourceful and enjoys works independently as well as part of a team
- Initiative and anticipatory who is a systems thinker. Can see all parts and how they fit to meet deadlines
