Key Responsibilities

Kit Assembly & Packaging

  • Accurately pick, pack, and assemble components for each product kit based on defined specifications
  • Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and professional presentation of every kit
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols

Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels of kit components and communicate restocking needs
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
  • Maintain a clean, organized packing station with minimal material waste

Order Fulfillment

  • Prioritize and fulfill orders in coordination with the sales and logistics teams
  • Record fulfillment data using inventory software
  • Assist with labeling, shipping preparation, and transfer to logistics carriers

Quality Assurance

  • Identify and report defective or missing components during the packing process
  • Conduct final inspection of kits to ensure consistency and completeness

Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and consistency in routine tasks
  • Prior experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or warehousing is an asset
  • Comfortable working with digital inventory systems or spreadsheets
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
