They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Store Manager for a new store opening in Saskatoon, SK! As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the success of your store. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work with your team to deliver an outstanding experience to achieve sales & productivity goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and achieving operational excellence.

Description

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staffing, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
  • Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, including visual merchandising guidelines, inventory control, and loss prevention measures.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee development.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
