• Welding various types of parts according to customer plans and specifications
• Preparing parts to be welded
• Properly setting up jigs according to established specifications
• Participating in various improvement projects
• Inspecting and verifying the quality of manufactured products

Requirements:

• Education: Completed vocational diploma (DEP) in welding and fitting
• Experience: 2 years or more
• CWB certification (an asset)
• Intermediate spoken and written French or English
• Good manual skills and dexterity
• Attention to detail and precision
• Sense of responsibility
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Ability to lift loads of up to 30 lbs
• Enjoys teamwork and challenges

What you'll get by working at QTG:

• Starting salary of $26.25, increasing to $27.86 after 2,000 hours
• 40 hours per week
• Evening shift over 4 days (Monday to Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.)
