Our client, is seeking a Customer Service - Retail Operations to join their team. You will be part of the retail team supporting exceptional customer experiences, brand selection and tasting of alcohol based products.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service - Retail Operations
Location: Grimsby, ON
Pay Range: $18 to $19.50 based on experience
Shift: Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm & Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm
Supporting seasonal coverage July to Sept
What's the Job?
- Responsible for continuous store operation during scheduled hours, including processing cash and card payments.
- Create a memorable guest experience by offering excellent service and assisting customers in selecting items.
- Maintain a neat and tidy store environment while adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Facilitate brand education and guide tasting experiences for visitors
What's Needed?
- min 2 years of customer service and/or retail experience
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Smart Serve Certification is required
- Experience guiding tours is an asset
