What You'll Actually Do

Throughout All 3 Months: Foundation & Integration

• Become the strategic right-hand to our Community Managers
• Master member services and facility operations
• Lead prospect tours and member acquisition efforts
• Handle real business challenges that directly impact our bottom line
• Learn the systems that make our operations run smoothly

Progressive Responsibility Growth:

• Month 1: Focus on learning systems while contributing immediately
• Month 2: Handle more complex operational tasks independently
• Month 3: Take ownership of specific building operations and member experience initiatives
