M&S Truck Repair Ltd. is hiring 2 Full-time and permanent Truck Mechanics.

Permanent Position: Truck Mechanics

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time (Overtime, Weekend, Evening, if required.)

Salary: CAD $35.00 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay

Job Duties:

• Inspect, diagnose, adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of heavy-duty trucks, including chassis, frame, cab, body, engine, and drive train.
• Maintain and repair truck systems such as air brakes, steering, suspension, fuel, hydraulic, and electrical/electronic systems.
• Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems, focusing on structural integrity, brake systems, and electrical components.
• Conduct routine maintenance on trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety, including tire changes, oil checks, and fluid replacements.
• Use diagnostic equipment to assess and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet regulatory safety standards and follow manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, services provided, and any safety inspections completed.
