Main Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat

Resolve issues proactively and suggest appropriate solutionsFollow up carefully on every customer interaction

Provide clear information about products, promotions, and return/exchange policiesSupport continuous improvement of service practice

DEC or equivalent diploma

Perfectly bilingual (French and English - written and spoken)

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (call center is a plus)

Excellent communication and writing skills
