We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Power BI Developer to join our data and analytics team. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into interactive and meaningful dashboards and reports that help drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data modeling, Power BI architecture, and business intelligence best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data visualizations.

Design and implement efficient data models using Power BI and Power Query (M).

Create DAX expressions to support custom calculations and KPIs.

Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance optimization of reports.

Connect Power BI to various data sources including SQL Server, Excel, Azure, and APIs.

Implement row-level security (RLS) and governance practices within Power BI.

Support end users with training and documentation of BI solutions.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

2 5+ years of experience working with Power BI and related technologies.

Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.

Solid experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse).

Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and tools.

Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.

Microsoft certification (e.g., PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate).
