Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Technology Consultant II to join their team. As a Technology Consultant II, you will be part of the Customer Solution Centers supporting various technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technology Consultant II
Location: Kanata, Ontario (2 Days in Office per Week)
Pay Range: $24.00
What's the Job?
- Provide remote service and support to customers, addressing various business systems and applications issues.
- Collaborate with onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers to deliver effective solutions.
- Apply developed knowledge of job skills and company policies to complete a variety of assignments.
- Demonstrate logic and critical thinking to resolve moderately complex problems independently.
- Work under limited supervision, receiving general instructions for new assignments.
What's Needed?
- High school education or equivalent; college education preferred.
- 1-3 years of general experience in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Some background in computer IT is beneficial, but a strong customer service orientation is essential.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
