Job Description:

List of required competencies

• 5+ years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst in CIB industry (Banking, Finance, Accounting and Technology).

• Expertise in General Ledger business along with Regulatory reporting.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant master's degree, business, accounting.

• Prior experience with implementation and testing of accounting systems, accounting rules/events, interfaces, and reports.

Business and Technical skills

• Document Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Test Management, Release Management, etc.

• Ability to analyze data, processes, identify/define problems, and develop effective solutions

• Data management, integration, transformation, visualization, and underlying tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)

• Systems Development Lifecycle and Tools (JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, etc.)

Main deliverables will be to:

• Produce project related documentation (Functional Specifications & Testing documents) for IT developers and end users

• Complete full end-to-end testing (IST & UAT) and obtain successful signoffs from stakeholders

• Liaise with various stakeholders globally (Americas, Europe, and Asia) and ensuring on-time delivery of all activities assigned.

• Assist in managing ad-hoc requests to reduce pressure on core team.
