Position: Logistics Supervisor Transportation (NOC: 12013)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

• Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
• Wage Rate: $31.50 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week
• Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible (at the latest in 3 months)

Specific Skills:

• Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Dispatch truck drivers and monitor routes.
• Arrange for training or train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed.
• Ensure quality of services and processes.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures for improvements.
• Order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare reports and keep all records updated.
• Ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Completion of High School is required.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Languages: Basic English.
