We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements are effectively gathered, documented, and translated into functional solutions. You will play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions and optimizing business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
Work with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Operations) to develop and implement solutions.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop use cases, workflows, and process diagrams to support solution design.
Support testing and validation of delivered solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
Create and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
