We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and creating reports that support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data insights (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

Work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), discover trends, and deliver actionable insights.

Create documentation for data processes, models, and reports.

Assist in building predictive models and performing advanced analytics as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred).

Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
